3-D Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn for Dec. 2011
3-D motion capture feature film The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn is a future project of Paramount Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment, They announced their release plans for this project which is going to be directed by Steven Spielberg, produced by Spielberg, Peter Jackson, and Kathleen Kennedy. The cast includes Jamie Bell as Tintin, and Daniel Craig as Red Rackham, Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Gad Elmaleh, Toby Jones and Mackenzie Crook also playing. The Adventures of Tintin (French: Les Aventures de Tintin) is a series of comic strips created by Belgian artist Herge, the pen name of Georges Remi (1907–1983). The series first appeared in French in a children's supplement to the Belgian newspaper Le Vingtieme Siecle on 10 January 1929. Set in a painstakingly researched world closely mirroring our own, the series has continued as a favorite of readers and critics alike for 80 years.
